We are the largest independent pool maintenance company in the country. We are looking for a General Manager, or GM, who will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations at Claro Pool Services. The following reflects some essential job functions of this position:
Duties include:
Proven leadership skills
Ability to negotiate and manage conflict
Oversees planning and execution of activities with operations lead and supervisors
Ensure each department is running efficiently and mitigates operational challenges
Lead and coordinate special projects with the Project Manager
Lead business controller to achieve daily accounting operational goals
Oversees completion of human resource activities
Manage execution of standard operating procedures
Ability to set organizational goals
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of General Management experience
Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite
Superb customer service skills
Required Education:
One of the following higher education degrees; BA, BS or MBA in business management
